RAC Improper Payments
Per the RAC SOW:
Situations where the provider submits a claim containing an incorrect code but the mistake does not change the payment amount are NOT considered to be improper payments.
Knowing all of the ins and out of a RAC Audit will save your hide.RAC Guru has a ton of good information on this.
